Hairevive is an Australian doctor-led hair health treatment program providing medical advice, education, treatment programs (where clinically appropriate).
Hairevive does not provide emergency medical services.
By using our services, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years of age .
You are located in Australia.
The information you provide is accurate, complete and truthful.
You will promptly update us if your medical circumstances change.
You acknowledge that medical decisions are made based on the information you provide.
Providing false, incomplete or misleading information may result in:
refusal of treatment;
cancellation of prescriptions;
discontinuation of care; or
potential risks to your health.
Submission of a consultation or questionnaire does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
All treatment programs are issued solely at the discretion of the treating medical practitioner.
Our doctors may determine that:
treatment is not clinically appropriate;
further investigations are required;
another treatment is more suitable; or
no program should be provided.
Some treatments supplied through Hairevive are compounded medicines.
You acknowledge that:
compounded medicines are individually prepared for you by our partner pharmacy, PharmacySmart;
they are prepared following receipt of a valid prescription;
results vary between individuals.
Individual responses differ.
Hairevive cannot guarantee:
hair regrowth;
reduction in shedding;
prevention of future hair loss; or
cosmetic outcomes.
Treatment success depends upon many biological and lifestyle factors beyond our control.
If you experience side effects, you should:
cease treatment where clinically appropriate;
seek urgent medical attention if severe symptoms occur; and
notify Hairevive as soon as practicable.
Medical emergencies should always be managed by calling 000 or attending your nearest emergency department.
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars.
Payment is required before products are dispensed unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
Where subscription services are offered:
subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled;
customers may cancel future renewals in accordance with our cancellation policy;
cancellation does not affect orders already processed or dispensed.
Delivery times are estimates only.
Delays caused by:
pharmacies;
courier companies;
public holidays;
weather events; or
supply shortages
are outside Hairevive’s control.
Risk passes upon delivery.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Due to the personalised nature of compounded medicines, prescription products cannot generally be returned once dispensed unless required by Australian Consumer Law or where a dispensing error has occurred.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where guarantees apply, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

branding;
graphics;
educational material;
photographs;
videos; and

remains the property of Hairevive unless otherwise stated.
Content must not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hairevive shall not be liable for:

consequential loss;
loss of income;
loss of profits; or

Maintenance, upgrades or technical issues may occasionally affect availability.
